摘要
按照新型工业化的基本要求,用1978年以来的数据对我国经济增长函数进行逐步回归,来分析形成我国经济增长的各种因素及其贡献。指出新型工业化模式的经济增长是我国经济实现可持续发展的一种新的途径,并针对保障新型工业化模式的经济增长顺利实施,提出了完善投资体制和结构、明确自然资本产权、重视基础教育、深化体制改革等方面的政策建议。
In response to the new pattern of industrialization, this paper analyzes the factors and contributions of economy increase by regressing the functions of economy increase since 1978, points out that the economy increase under the new pattern of industrialization is a new approach to the sustainable development. To ensure putting it in practice, this paper recommends some correlative policies： improve investment system, clarify natural capital rights, value basic education and deepen system reform.
