摘要
                
                    在分析激光切割模切板的机理和切割时的能量分布的基础上,建立激光切割模切板的能量平衡方程,该方程可用于指导生产实践,优化切割工艺参数。结果表明:切割速度随激光功率的增大迅速增大,近似线性关系;激光功率随模切板厚度的增加而上升,呈线性关系;切割速度随着模切板厚度的增加而降低,呈双曲线关系。
                
                Based on analyzing the mechanism and the distribution of energy during laser cutting die-boards, the energy balanced equation of laser cutting die - boards was established. The equation can be used for guiding production practices and optimizing the cutting parameters. The result showed that cutting speed linearly increases with laser power increases ,laser power linearly increases with die-boards'thickness increases, and cutting speed hyperbolically decreases with die-boards'thickness increases.
