摘要
目的:观察甲硝唑—地塞米松糊剂在乳磨牙有窦道型慢性根尖周炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法:用甲硝唑—地塞米松糊剂或氢氧化钙甘油为根管充填材料分别对182颗患牙进行根管充填并于充填后1、2年观察其疗效。结果:甲硝唑—地塞米松糊剂2年根管充填成功率86.17%,氢氧化钙成功率60.23%。结论:甲硝唑—地塞米松糊剂是治疗乳磨牙有窦道型慢性根尖周炎较为理想的药物。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the metronidazole-dexamethas paste on periapical periodontitis of deciduouss molar. Methods：The metronidazole-dexamethasone paste or Ca（OH）2 as root canal material were used in falling 182 cases with periapical periodontitis which were observed after one and two years. Results：The therapy which used metronidazole-dexamethasone paste got 86.17% success while which used Ca（OH）2 arrived 60.23%, Conclusion： Metronidazole-dexamethasone paste is an ideal material in treating periapical periodontitis of deciduous molar.
