摘要
目的观察高压氧综合治疗气性坏疽临床疗效。方法60例气性坏疽患者经外科综合治疗后采用高压氧治疗。结果51例无一例截肢,9例已行截肢患者未行第2次截肢术。结论高压氧综合治疗气性坏疽,可最大限度地缩小组织坏死范围,保存肢体并降低截肢率,已行截肢者可避免再次截肢的可能。
OBJECTIVE To obserye the therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） combined treatment on gas gangrene. METHODS Sixty cases with gas gangrene were treated by HBO after surgical combined treatment. RESULTS None of 51 cases was amputated. Nine amputated cases were not done again. CONCLUSIONS HBO combined treatment could maximally diminish the areas of necrotic tissues, save the limbs and reduce the amputation rate. Amputated patients also can avoid the possibility of being reamputated.
