摘要
采用粉末冶金方法制备多孔含油铁基材料,在自制的HDM-10型端面摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验,考察了含碳量及材料密度对含油铁基材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:铁基粉末冶金含油材料的含碳量应选择0.6~0.8%(质量)为宜,组织为珠光体加少量铁素体,综合摩擦学性能最佳;密度与含油铁基材料的摩擦学性能有密切关系,有一最佳的密度选择范围。
The porous oiled iron-base materials were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The friction and wear experiments were carried out on the HDM-10 friction and wear tester. The influence of the carbon amount and the density on the friction and wear of oiled iron-base materials was investigated. The results show that the proper amount of carbon is 0.6-0.8 wt% for the iron-base powder metallurgical materials, whose structure is pearlite accompanied with a small amount of ferrite,and the materials presented the best tribological properties. Furthermore, the results also show that there is a close relationship between the density and the tribological properties of oiled iron-base materials, i. e., the best tribological properties corresponds to a proper range of density.
