摘要
本研究以黄河泥土、小清河淤泥样品为研究对象,从样品中分离、筛选到了1株对偶氮染料酸性红B有脱色优势的细菌DRBD-6。对该菌的形态观察、生理生化实验的结果,可以初步判定该菌属于奈瑟氏球菌科中的不动杆菌属。以温度、pH、时间设计的正交实验优化了该菌的脱色条件,结果表明,DRBD-6菌株最佳脱色条件是pH=7,T=42℃,t=24 h。
A strain of bacterial, DRBD - 6, with preponderant decolorizing ability for acid yellow G, was isolated from the Yellow River soil and Xiaoqing River sullage. Based on the morphology and the physiological and biochemical characters, strain DRBD - 6 was identified as Neisseriaceae acinetobacter. The time, pH and temperature of the best decolorizing conditions of strain DRBD - 6 were studied by orthogonal experiment. The optimal results were: pH7,42 ℃, and 24h.
