摘要
研究了石灰石对MgO质中间包干式料经110℃×2 h,1 100℃×3 h和1 500℃×3 h热处理后的常温物理性能及解体性能的影响,并借助XRD分析了1 500℃×3 h热处理后干式料中的物相组成。结果表明,随着石灰石加入量的增加,经1 500℃×3 h热处理后MgO质干式料表观密度显著降低,材料的线变化率逐渐减小;当添加细颗粒石灰石时,材料的耐压强度明显降低,材料易于解体。干式料性能的变化主要同高温热处理后材料中的物相组成变化相关。
To prevent hydration of free lime, limestone was chosen as raw material in this study. Effect of limestone on physical properties and scattering property of MgO-based dry vibratable mix at room temperature heattreated at 110 ℃×2 h, 1 100 ℃×3 h, and 1 500 ℃×3 h separately was examined. The crystal phase compositions of samples heat-treated at 1 500 ℃× 3 h were analysed by XRD. The results show that the apparent density decreases obviously and the permanent linear change of samples heat-treated at 1 500 ℃× 3 h drops gradually with the increase of limestone content. The cold crushing strength of samples decreases apparently with the addition of fine limestone and samples become scattering. The changes in performances are related to its mineralogical compositions of MgO-based dry vibratable mix heat-treated at high temperature.
