摘要
信息时代的来临,使得知识管理成为个人必须面对的问题。知识管理是以知识的转化和创造为基础的。本文以笔者上学期一门网络课程的学习为实例,具体分析了网络教学中显性知识和隐性知识的相互转化以及知识创造问题。
With the emergence of information age, knowledge management is very important to everyone. Knowledge management is based on knowledge transformation and knowledge creation .Using a web-based curriculum as an example, this paper analyses issues of knowledge transformation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and knowledge creation on web-based learning.
