摘要
新研制了SJGZM-860×3-01三层共挤重包装膜吹塑机组,介绍了该机组的规格和产品质量要求。总结了机组的设计思路和理念,介绍了几个重点部件如减速器、换网装置、“ADSS”机头、稳泡装置、上牵引装置、电晕处理机、自动收卷切割装置的结构组成、性能特点等。该机组生产效率高、产品质量好,整机技术水平达到国际先进水平。
Introduced the new developed SJGZM-860×3-01 3-layers co-extrusion heavy packaging film blow group and its dimension and the product quality requirement. Summarized the design idea and reason, and introduced the structures and performance of some of key parts for instance speed reducer, mesh exchanging device, ＂ADSS＂ head, bubble stable device, up draught device, corona pro- cessing equipment and auto winding up .this machine group has the advantages of high efficiency of production, good quality of product, the technical level of the complete equipment reached the advanced level of the world.
