Increasing the transfer efficiency of coatings is not only one of the main ways, but also the most efficient way to realize the present coating requirements of energy saving, environment protection and low cost. The paper introduces various spraying process, spraying technology, relative parameters, definition of transfer efficiency of coatings and the ways to increase it, and the development trend thereof.
