介绍了SWRCH35K冷镦钢盘条的技术特点,以及通过转炉冶炼、LF精炼、连铸和高速线材轧机轧制SWRCH35K冷镦钢盘条的技术要点,并分析了此种钢生产过程的质量情况,对存在问题提出了改进措施。
The paper introduces the technical characteristics of SWRCH35K cold forging wire rod and the technical keypoints from converter,LF,CCM to high speed mill,analyses the quality problems and puts forward improvement measures.
