摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵处理蒙脱土原土(PMT),合成了有机土(OMT),并继续以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯对有机土(OMT)进行处理,得到修饰的有机土(MOMT)。经FTIR、WAXD和TGA分析,表明经有机化改性后,季铵链成功嵌入蒙脱土片层,修饰土层的内外表面接枝一定数量的-NCO基团,三种土的片层间距分别为1.53nm、2.07nm和2.39 nm,三者的初始失重温度分别为313℃、263℃和299℃。
In this paper, two kinds of organophilic montmorillonite are obtained by treating primary Montmorillonite (PMT) with cetryltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and then graft with its hydroxyl group by 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), henceforth abbreviate OMT and MOMT. Based on the analysis of FTIR,WAXD and TGA results, the CTAB onium ions are intercalated into silicate layers of OMT and MOMT successfully with a small quantity of free-NCO group remained on the surface of MOMT. The gallery distance of silicate layers in PMT, OMT and MOMT is 1.53 nm, 2.07 nm and 2.39 nm, and the onset temperature of degradation is 313℃, 263℃ and 299℃ respectively.
