摘要
“十一五”期间,电力工业的发展面临着国民经济、社会和环境可持续发展的机遇和挑战,电力通信系统是电网安全稳定运行和电力企业高效运营的重要支撑,做好通信系统规划对于电网发展具有重要意义,在创新发展的基础上,必须强调整合资源、协调发展、加强管理,确保“十一五”电力通信规划的顺利实施。
During the 11 th Five-Year Plan period, the development of power industry is facing the opportunities as well as the challenges from the sustainable development of national economy, society and the environment. The telecommunication system is an important support for safe, stable and efficient operation in power grid; therefore, the implementation of 1 lth Five-Year Telecommunication Plan has great significance for power grid development. This paper points out that to ensure a smooth implementation of the 11 th Five-Year Plan, efforts should he focused on resource optimization, coordinated growth and enhanced management, based on a solid foundation of continued innovation and development.
