无取向硅钢50W470铁损各向异性的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对无取向硅钢50W 470铁损各向异性差部分超标的问题,对相同生产工艺条件下生产出的硅钢,进行了金相、背散射电子像观察和化学成分、夹杂物以及三维取向分布函数的测定。对测定结果分析表明:无取向硅钢50W 470铁损各向异性差超标的主要原因是织构类型和织构度的变化,且与材料夹杂物含量有一定关系。 Non-orientation silicon steel 50W470 has partially-overproofed problems in anisotropy of iron loss. Its metallographic, back scattered electrons patterns have been observed, and the chemical compositions, inclusions and three-dimensional orientation distribution function(ODF) have been measured on the silicon steel that was producedin the same production process. The analytical results show that the main reasons of partially-overproofed problems in anisotropy of iron loss of silicon steel lie in the varying texture and constitution degree, and it was related to the purity of metal.
