摘要
胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料作为胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统的主要组成部分,其性能对整个系统的性能有着重要影响。通过大量试验,研究了胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料的组分对其性能的影响,并在此基础上得到低密度、低导热系数、高抗拉强度和高软化系数的胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料的优化配合比组成。同时,利用混凝土温度线膨胀系数测定仪对胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料在湿热状态下的性能进行了初步测试和研究。
The property of colloid powder polyphenylene grain thermal insulation mortar that is the key component of exterior wall thermal insulation system has an important effect on performance of the whole system.A great deal of experiments have been made for study the influence of composition of colloid powder polyphenylene grain thermal insulation mortar on its performance and based on which obtained its composition of the optimum mixture ratio with low density,low coefficient of heat conduction, high tensile strength and high softening coefficient. The preliminary checkout and study have been made on performance of colloid powder polyphenylene grain thermal insulation mortar under moist heat condition using mensuration device of concrete temperature linear expansion coefficient.
