摘要
对35CrNiMoV钢连铸坯的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,断坯截面存在对称分布的粗晶区和细晶区,铸坯产生断裂的原因是连铸坯浇铸完毕后二冷水喷水量不均匀并且未采取缓冷措施,使铸坯形成了脆性组织上贝氏体,在铸坯的转移过程中,内应力导致脆性组织产生裂纹。采用改变钢的化学成分和铸坯扣罩缓冷后再送往热轧厂等措施可以解决开裂问题。
The cracking of 35CrNiMoV continuously cast slab was studied. Results show that the main reason is caused by improper cooling after casting. Some solutions, such as change the chemical composition and slow coolingunder cover were given, and proved effective in practice.
