摘要
本文对吐温-80、RH-40、辛癸酸甘油酯、聚甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、倍他环糊精和食用乙醇等7种载体的蜂胶进行了抑菌试验,结果表明,以吐温-80和RH-40为载体的蜂胶抑菌能力受到抑制,抗菌活性降低;以辛癸酸甘油酯、聚甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯为载体的蜂胶比食用乙醇为载体的蜂胶抑菌效果好,但抑菌能力在同一级别;以倍他环糊精为载体的蜂胶抑菌能力显著大于其他蜂胶,比食用乙醇为载体的蜂胶的抑菌能力高出近500倍。
This experiment compared the inhibitory effect of propolis on Bacillus subtilis with seven carriers as Tween-80, RH- 40, Glycerin octadecanoate, Sucrose fatty acid ester, ethanol, Polyglycerol esters and β-cyclodextrin. The results showed that propolis with Tween-80 and RH-40 had a lowest inhibitory activity; propolis with Glycerin octadecanoate, Sucrose fatty acid ester and Polyglycerol esters indicated a similar inhibitory effect and better than that of propolis with ethanol; propolis with β-cyclodextrin presented a highest inhibitory effect and it is nearly 500 times as much as that of propolis with ethanol.
