摘要
以猫恐吓小鼠制造了"恐伤肾"的自然模型,观察对红细胞免疫粘附功能和免疫器官重量的影响。结果:"恐伤肾"组小鼠的红免功能低于正常对照组(P<0.01及P<0.05),而胸腺和脾脏的重量也减轻,与正常对照组的差异均有统计学意义((P<0.01及P<0.05)。表明"恐伤肾"既能降低机体红细胞免疫系统的功能,也能损伤免疫器官。
SUMMARY: Sleeted the mice that were terrorized by eats as the nature models of 'Ter-ror leading to disorder of kidney' (TLDK) and observed the effects of terror on the function of red cell immune adherence (RCIA) and the weight of immune organs. The results showed the RCIA function of TLDK group were lower than the control group (P<0. 01～0. 05) and the weights of spleens and thymus were lightened. It suggested that TLDK damage not only tne function of RCIA but also immune organs.
