摘要
介绍了一种片后数字修调(Trim)技术。传统的修调技术一般是利用熔吹、激光或E2PROM对电路进行修正。该技术提出了一种可反复的修调方案,并可对电阻、电容等各种元器件进行调整,可广泛应用于一些要求出色动态特性的场合。设计中,将其应用于一个收发芯片的有源滤波器电路,实现了对滤波器截止频率的片后调整。
A digital trim technology is described. Unlike the traditional trim technology, such as fuse, laser and E^2PROM trimming, an iterative scheme was adopted for digital trimming, which is also capable of trimming resistors, capacitors and other elements. It can be used in applications where excellent dynamic performances are required. This technology has been used to trim an active filter in a tranceiver IC after processing for desired cutoff frequency.
