摘要
采用亚音速火焰喷涂技术在Q235钢基体表面喷涂不同纳米CeO2含量的Ni基自熔性合金粉末,对获得的喷涂层进行了显微组织、硬度和耐磨性的分析测试,探讨纳米CeO2对Ni基合金喷涂层组织和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,适量地加入纳米稀土氧化物可以改善喷涂层组织,提高喷涂层硬度和耐磨性。
Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder with various percentage of nanometer CeO2 were sprayed on the substrate of Q235 steel by subsonic flame spraying. The microstructure, micro-hardness and wear resistance of the spraying coatings were measured. The effects of nanometer CeO2 on the microstructure and wear resistance of Ni-based self-fluxing alloy coatings were studied. The results show that the microstructure, micro-hardness and wear resistance of the coatings can be improved by adding appropriate quantity of nanometer CeO2.
