摘要 实现基于通信的列车控制(CBTC)的互联互通,由于涉及信号系统特有的安全设计以及各信号设备供货商的利益而难度较大。提出了CBTC互联互通的实施原则,并就CBTC互联互通技术规格的内容,从系统结构、系统设计原则、系统功能分配、互联互通接口技术规格等方面进行了阐述。 Signal system is the key that ensures the safe operation and the efficiency of urhan rail transit. The CBTC interoperability system is a new signal system, which is gradually leading the development trend of URT signal system in the world. Shanghai URT will adopt CBTC as the basic type to unify different signal systems, because CBTC Interoperability Systern is a world subject, and is already explored and applied in USA, France and other European countries. According to the exploration and practice of CBTC Interoperability System in Shanghai, this paper advances the implement principle of CBTC, dicusses new ideas and approachable ways to apply CBTC in Shanghai URT, and argues that a reasonable, feasible aim and the implementation steps shall be constituted, the international prevalent standards shall be adopted. In the contents of the technical standards of the CBTC interoperability system, the author further deals with the structure and the designing principles of the system, the distribution of system functions, the technical specification of the interface of the CBTC Interoperability System and etc. While mentioning the designing principles of the system, the author specially emphasizes the safety requirements,because the safety conduct and actions of the whole system must be ensured on the basis of the research done about the CBTC lnteroperability System. It is not easy to carry out CBTC while considering the special design of signals and the profit demands of the suppliers, but the author is confident that once reasonable and viable measures are taken, the final goal will be realized through unremitting efforts.
