摘要
先秦儒家在创造性地阐释礼乐文化传统的基础上,针对“礼崩乐坏”的现实困境,提出了构建和谐社会的思想方案。他们所追求的和谐社会是一种与人性培育紧相关联的礼制秩序和礼乐文明,它兼具等级划分和仁爱互助的两种功能,其实现的关键在于作为政治中人的“君子”必须“克己复礼”。这与当代中国所追求的法治文明与和谐社会有着本质性的区别,但它仍能给予当代人们以重要的思想启迪。
In light of the perplexing reality caused by the collapse of the system of li ("rules of ritual propriety") and yue (music), pre - Qin Confucianists had initiated a theoretical proposal to build a harmonious society based on their creative interpretation of the cultural tradition of li ("rules of ritual propriety") and yue (music). The harmonious society Confucianism pursued is a social order dictated by the system of li and the culture of li - yue, both of which are closely related to the cultivation of humanity. It also has two functions: hierarchical differentiation and mutual aid in accordance with the principle of ten ("humanity"). The key to the realization of such society lies in the classical Confucian doctrine that the junzi (the "superior man" or the "gentleman") , as a political man, must kejifuli ( "restrain oneself and restore the rules of ritual propriety" ). The Confucian ideal society is essentially different from the harmonious society and the rule of law pursued in contemporary China. However, it still has significant theoretical implications for people nowadays.
