摘要
研究了乙基硅油与癸二酸酯调和油的IR基团振动频率的变化,发现乙基硅油与癸二酸酯间存在着相互作用.由于这种作用十分类似溶液中溶剂效应所导致的结果,因此将两润滑油调和组分间的相互作用称作润滑油调和“溶剂效应”.利用乙基硅油与不同油品调和时产生的“溶剂效应”可以说明乙基硅油调和油具有独特的粘度和粘温特性的原因.
Changes of IR group vibrational frequency in the blends of diethyl silicone and se-bacate were studied in this paper. It has been found that there exists an interaction betweendiethyl silicone and sebacate. This interaction seems to be the same kind as the interaction be-tween a solute and a solvent in solution, the so-called 'solvent effect' in blend lubricatingoils. And it is because of this kind of 'solvent effect' that the blends of diethyl silicone andmany lubricant oils show outstanding properties in viscosity and visco-temperature character-istics.
