摘要
应用纳氏试剂比色法测定水样中的氨氮时,在水样预处理方面进行了改进.经实验证明,改进后的两种预处理方法能够降低全程序空白实验值,精密度较好,值得推广.
The method of water sample preliminary treatment has been improved for determining the NH3-N in water sample by Nash reagent colorimeter. As is proved in the experiment, the two improved methods can reduce blank testing value of the whole process. They prove to be precise and can be worth being popularized.
