摘要
研究了不同Ti含量对一种镍基单晶高温合金的铸态组织以及在1000℃长期时效后的组织演化。结果表明:随着Ti含量的增加,铸态组织中枝晶间区域面积以及枝晶间区域的γ/γ′共晶含量逐渐增加;长期时效后随着Ti含量的增加,筏形化程度越来越严重,逐渐有TCP相析出。
The microstructural evolution of a nickel-base single crystal superalloy with different content of titanium as-cast state and during prolonged aging at 1000℃ was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of titanium, the size and percentage of γ/γ' eutectic in interdendritic region increased obviously, at the same time, the area of interdendritic region was enlarged. During prolonged aging at 1000℃, the rafting level increased gradually with the increase of titanium. After 500h, TCP phase was not found in the three alloys; after 1000h with the increase of titanium, TCP phase precipitated gradually.
