摘要
以乳化液为工作介质的煤层液压钻可取代煤电钻,广泛用于采煤工作面的煤壁钻孔工作。针对乳化液粘度低、润滑性差的特点,对齿轮马达以及液压钻的结构进行了研究和设计,并制作了样机,经实验室测试及模拟钻孔试验,达到了设计要求,取得了良好的效果。
The coal seam hydraulic drill can replace coal electric drill, of coal seam composed of this gear motor will replace electric coal drill, and will be widely used for drilling of coal face. According to the characteristics of low viscosity and bad lubricity of the emulsion, the structure of the gear motor and the hydraulic drill was valuably explored, and model was designed and manufactured. Through testing and simulating of drill in the lab, the model reached the demand of design, and obtained good result.
