摘要
由于房地产的销售受诸多复杂要素与复杂子系统的纠合影响和作用,因此预测房地产的销售是一件比较困难的事.在考虑广告、地理位置、国家政策等诸因素对房地产销售量的影响下,在原有的模糊神经网络上加以修改,利用新的模糊神经网络理论来预测某地区某种户型的房子的年最大销售量·
Because real estate sale is influenced by many difficult to predict real estate sale. This article deals with the topic greatest sales volume of houses of some kind of composition complex factors and complicated subsystems jointly, it is very that the new fuzzy neural network theory is used to predict yearly in an area by considering the affection from advertisements,geographical positions, government policies and so on.
