摘要
研究了野外条件下4种不同播种深度对2种种子来源(野生和栽培)的羊草出苗的影响.结果表明:播种深度和种子来源都显著影响羊草出苗率.羊草出苗率与播种深度成反比,覆土1 cm的种苗出苗率最高,覆土6 cm的最低,两者相差4~5倍.栽培羊草在播深1~2 cm时,出苗率显著高于野生羊草;而当播深增加到4 cm后,则呈相反的趋势.
Leymus chinensis is a rhizome perennial plant with good palatab an important role in degraded grassland restoration and artificial grassland ility and high forage value. It plays construction. 2 seed sources and 4 different sowing depths were used to study its effect on L. chinensis emergence. The results showed that both the seed source and sowing depth had significant influence on L. chinensis seedling emergence (p 〈0.01). The emergence rate declined as the sowing depth increased. The optimal sowing depth was 1 -2 cm for the 2 seed sources L. chinensis. The highest emergence rate was 54.35% and 67.15% ,respectively, at 1 cm sowing depth; the emergence rate was the lowest to 6 cm earth up. The difference between them was 4 - 5 times. The seedling emergence rate of cultivar' s L. chinensis was higher than wild L. chinensis at 1 -2 cm seeding depth, while to 4 -6 cm earth up,it got the contrary tendency.
