摘要 研究了在氧化淀粉胶粘剂中加入一些环保型的高分子助剂,通过对氧化淀粉粘合剂耐水性、粘合强度、稳定性等测试,得出最佳配方,并与白乳胶的性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,加入了PVA的氧化淀粉胶粘剂在各方面的性能测试中均优于其他2种助剂,稳定性好,剥离强度可以与白乳胶相媲美,且粘合强度不受粘接正反面的影响。 Oxidized starch adhesive and white latex are two environment friendly adhesives widely used at present in corrugated board. However, oxidized starch adhesive exists some disadvantages like long reaction time, unstable quaiity and complicated reactive process. In contrast, white latex has no good moisture resistance and heat resistance and its monomer is high-cost. To make the properties of oxidized starch adhesive better the experiment of oxidized starch adhesive added somt environment friendly aids was conducted. The optimized formulation was obtained by examining water resistance, adhesion strength and durability. In the meantime, a comparison between obtained oxidized starch adhesive and white latex was also carried out. The results indicated that oxidized starch adhesive added PVA has better properties and higher stability than those added CMC or sodium alginate. Moreover, its peeling strength obtained is comparable to white latex and the adhesive strength is not influenced by properties of bonding surfaces.
