摘要
概括国外图书馆服务中用户的隐私保护研究文献的内容,并从图书馆与隐私权的研究、数字图书馆与用户隐私保护问题的研究、未成年人的隐私保护研究、参考咨询服务与用户隐私保护的研究4个方面进行总结分析,以了解国外图书馆服务中用户的隐私保护研究状况,为我国图书馆服务中用户的隐私保护提供借鉴。
On the basis of the research on users＇ privacy protection in overseas library services, this paper presents the current situation of the privacy protection for libraries users from the aspects of researches on libraries and user＇s privacy, users＇ privacy protection in digital libraries, the privacy protection for teenagers and the relationship between reference services and users＇ privacy protection. And with this research, the author hopes that the endeavors that overseas libraries have made in this respect will provide Chinese libraries some useful experience on users＇ privacy protection for reference.
