摘要
大学生就业制度的变革,以及高校职业教育的薄弱,使大学生就业问题渐渐成为一种集体的困惑,甚至是危机,阻碍着也推动着我国高等教育的改革。要实现大学生与社会的有效对接,笔者认为,应重视高校职业教育功能,增强大学生职业意识和生涯规划,实现大学生就业指导工作向生涯发展辅导模式的转变,着力培养大学生的学习能力和未来发展潜力。
This paper finds, that the transform of college students＇ employment system and the weaknesses of vocational education in colleges and universities lead to the employment of college graduates at a loss, hindering the reform of higher education in China. It realizes that the function of vocational education in colleges and universities should be emphasized and employment awareness and career planning should be reinforced in higher education to train the college students to meet the demands of our society.
