摘要
作者自行设计的双加压“L”形钢板有纵向和横向加压作用,该钢板最大创新之处是在普通“L”形钢板的短臂上设有一导引孔,并可穿入一枚加压螺栓.该钢板可通过其短臂上的导引孔沿导引针准确地被打入预定的位置,从而避免膝内翻或膝外翻;该钢板上的螺栓还可对股骨髁间和胫骨平台骨折进行横向加压,其固定性能可靠,病人可早期在CPM仪上进行功能锻炼.使用该钢板治疗股骨髁上、髁间骨折和胫骨平台骨折24例,随访1~2.5年,总优良率达91.7%.
Therearemanykindsofmethodsforthetreatmentofsupracondylarandintercondylarfracturesofthefemurandcondylarfractureofthetibia,however,noneofthemarecompletelysatisfac-tory.TheauthorsdesignedadoublecompressionL-shapedplate,whichwasabletoexertaxialandtransversecompressiontothefracturedregion.Thedevicecanbeinsertedtothedesiredsitewiththehelpofaguidepin.Attheshortarmofthedevice,aboltcanbeinsertedintotheguidehole.Theboltisabletocompressthefracturedfragmentstransversely,givingareliablefixationfortheintercondylarfractureofthefemurandcondylarfractureofthetibia.Thus,earlymovementofthekneejointonCPMdevicecanbealowed.16casesofsupracondylarandintercondylarfracturesofthefemurand8casesofcondylarfractureofthetibiaweretreatedwiththisdevice.Thefolow-upperiodextendedto1to2.5yearsandtheexcelentandgoodresultswereobtainedin91.7%ofthepatients.Theauthorsbe-lievethatthedoublecompressionL-shapedplateisanefectivedeviceforthetreatmentoffractureclosetotheknee.
