摘要
将自行合成的聚丙交酯(PLA)棒(4mm×5mm×35mm)植入12只兔的背部肌肉内,于术后2、4、6、8、12、24周取出,采用不同方法(粘均分子量,机械强度和组织学观察)观察其在体内降解吸收和组织反应。结果表明植入8周后,分子量降解、弯曲和剪切强度维持都是50%。24周时,分子量为初始时的30%,重量保持了83%,试件外形基本不变。植入早期,PLA引起周围组织轻度炎性反应,随后被致密的纤维囊包裹。所有试件均可为组织耐受。
Theselfdesignedpolylactide(PLA)rods(4mm×5mm×35mm)wereimplantedintothedorsalmusclesof12rabbitsforthestudyofinvivotissuereactions.Theanimalsweresacrificedat2,4,6,8,12and24weeksaftersurgery.Viscositymeasurement,mechanicalstrengthassessment,andmicroscopicstudieswereemployedtostudythedegradationoftherodsinvivoandthetissueresponse.TheresultsshowedthatthedegradationofmolecularweightofPLAandtheretentionofmechanicalbendingandshearstrengthwas50%after8weeksofimplantation.By24weeks,themolecularweightofPLAhadretainedonly30%oftheintitialvalue,whereas83%oftheweightstilmaintained.Therewerenoobviouschangeofthecontoursoftherods.Duringtheearlyperiodofimplantation,amildin-flammatoryreactionwasseenoverthesurroundingtissue.Vascularizationofthesampleswasobservedfromthecompactfibroidcapsulesinalthespecimens.Althesampleswereweltoleratedbythesuroundingtisssue.
