摘要
为了提高车载火炮系统射击稳定性,基于动力学仿真和优化方法进行后坐稳定性和复进稳定性优化研究。采用多体系统动力学建模理论和方法建立全炮系统动力学模型,结合优化设计理论和方法,建立车载火炮射击稳定性优化模型。采用遗传算法,对火炮系统的射击稳定性进行结构参数和动力学参数的优化。优化结果表明,优化后车载火炮系统的射击稳定性得到很大提高,同时也验证了优化模型的正确性和优化算法的可靠性。
In order to improve firing stability of truck-mounted gun system , based on dynamic simulation and optimization method, stability optimization study of recoil and counter-recoil is performed. By means of multi-body system dynamic modeling theory and method to set up dynamic model of full gun system, combined with optimized design theory and method, firing stability optimization model of truck-mounted gun system is established. Using genetic algorithm, parameters of construction and dynamics for firing stability of gun system are optimized, optimized result showed that firing stability of optimized gun system is considerably improved, at same time, correctness of optimization model and reliability of optimization algorithm are verified.
