1824例小儿肺炎支原体抗体检测报告 被引量:23

Detection report on mycoplasma pneumonia antibodies in 1824 children with respiratory tract infections

摘要 目的对小儿呼吸道感染患者进行肺炎支原体(MP)检测,为临床诊断与治疗提供依据。方法采用日本富士瑞必欧株式会社MP抗体检测试剂(SERODIA-MYCOⅡ),对2004-02~2006-02就诊的1824例儿科患者进行检测。结果在1824例患者中,检出MP抗体阳性者595例,阳性率为32.62%。各年龄组阳性率分别为:<1岁组13.77%、~3岁组25.64%、~6岁组32.47%、~14岁组50.27%,年龄组间阳性率有显著性差异(x^2=86.40,P<0.01)。女性MP抗体阳性率(39.97%)明显高于男性(27.74%,x^2=29.79,P<0.01)。时间分布,一年四季皆有不同程度MP感染患者发生,冬春季节MP感染率高于夏秋季节,以冬季感染率最高。2005年MP感染率高于2004年(x^2=6.60,P<0.05)。结论小儿呼吸道感染患者中MP感染率较高,学龄期儿童为好发年龄,女性儿童感染机会高于男性儿童,易发季节为冬春季。对呼吸道感染的患者应进行MP抗体测定,可为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。 Objective To detect mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) in children with respiratory tract infections so as to provide data for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The 1 824 children were detected using MP antibody reagents provided by Fujirehio Inc. of Japan from February, 2004 to February, 2006. Results In the 1 824 children, 595 cases showed positivity of MP antibody and the positivity rate was 32.62%. Posifivity rates of different age groups as following: 13.77% in group of less 1 year old, 25.64% in group from 1 to 3 years old, 32.47% in group from 3 to 6 years old and 50.27% in group from 6 to 14 years old, respectively. The differences of positivity rate between the different groups were significant (X^2=86.40, P〈0.01). Positivity rate (39.97%) of MP antibody in female was higher than that (27.74%) in male, and the difference between them was significant (X^2=29.79, P〈0.01). The positivity rates were different in different seasons, the rates in winter and spring were higher than those in summer and autumn, and the rate in winter was the highest. The positivity rate was higher in 2005 than that in 2004, and the difference was significant (X^2=6.60, P〈0.05). Conclusion The positivity rate of MP antibody is very high in children with respiratory tract infections, the rate in female is higher than that in male and the rate in winter is the highest. It is useful for clinical diagnosis and treatment to detect MP antibody in children with respiratory tract infections.
