摘要
介绍了双吊点闸门液压启闭机及其应用和特点,基于大中型宽跨度的液压启闭机的双缸不同步问题,分析了液压启闭机不同步的原因,同时简单介绍了常用的同步回路和控制策略,提出了常用的误差检测方法。分析表明电液比例技术在液压启闭机中有很好的应用前景。
The two lifting points gate of hydraulic cylinder are reported, based on non-synchronous problem of twin-plunger synchronous operating about medium or large size lifting points gate of hydraulic cylinder, the non-synchronous reasons are analyzed; at the same time, some kinds of synchronous circuits and the controlling strategies are briefly introduced, and synchronous error detection methods are brought forward. The analysis shows that Electro-hydraulic proportional technique will have a good use in hydraulic hoist.
