摘要
文章分析了光伏电池阵列的输出电压电流特性,根据光伏阵列实际电压电流参数进行了仿真,给出了输出电压电流特性的仿真曲线,利用多项式对特性曲线进行了分段拟合,在此基础上利用BUCK电路设计了光伏电池阵列模拟器,采用输出电流反馈PI调节提高了系统的动态性能以及稳态精度。通过仿真和实验验证了设计的合理性。
This paper analyses the PV array's output voltage and current characters. Simulation is carried out using the actual voltage and current data, and the output voltage and current simulation characteristic curve is given. Quadratic polynomials are used to imitate the real PV array's I-V characteristic curve in several sections. Buck circuit is used to design the PV array's simulator based on the analysis, current feedback PI control is also used to achieve fast dynamic response and high precision of output. The simulation and experiment results show the good validity of the method.
