摘要
联盟中的核心知识资产是维护组织竞争优势和联盟稳定的重要保证,因而需要对其进行保护。近年来,国内外许多学者对联盟中知识保护的原因、影响因素以及保护方式等三个方面进行了深入的研究。围绕这三个方面的研究成果进行了评述,并进一步给出了联盟中知识保护的研究趋势与展望。
The knowledge of the organizations in alliances should be protected, because the core knowledge assets can maintain organizations＇ stability and promote their competitive advantages. In recent years, some scholars inside and abroad have studied knowledge protection in alliances in theories and cases and gained some conclusions centering the reasons of knowledge protection, the factors affecting the extent of knowledge protection and the mechanisms of knowledge protection. This paper reviews on the three aspects and proposes further research prospect.
