水轮机蜗壳流量系数的近似率定

摘要 研究了利用水轮机运转特性曲线近似率定蜗壳流量系数的方法,并与现场效率试验的实测资料进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有较高精度,计算流量与实测流量的最大偏差可控制在3%以内,流量系数的偏差在0.8%以内。该法可用于对水轮机蜗壳流量系数的近似率定。 The feature curves of water turbine operations are used to study the approximate calibration method concerning spiral case discharge coefficients with the results compared with thedetermined data from examples of in-situ efficiency tests. The calculated results indicate that thismethod is of high accuracy. Accordingly,the maximum deviation between the calculated dis-charge and actually-determined discharge can be controlled within 3% 1 and the deviation of discharge coefficients can also be controlled within 0. 8%. This method can be used in the approximate calibration of spiral case discharge coefficients of water turbine.
