摘要
目的研究颅内迷走神经血管压迫对动物血压的影响,探讨神经源性高血压的发病机制。方法将15只犬随机分为10只实验组和5只对照组。取犬自身的大隐静脉20cm与面动脉行端端吻合,形成动脉袢,将动脉袢压迫实验组左侧迷走神经和延髓腹外侧及对照组左侧的小脑表面。结果实验组成活9只犬,在行左侧迷走神经及延髓腹外侧部压迫1周后血压均逐渐升高,2周后血压升高趋于稳定;对照组5只犬均成活,血压无明显变化。结论左侧颅内的迷走神经及延髓腹外侧部受到搏动性的血管压迫后能引起血压升高。
Objective To study the blood pressure changes resulted from intracranial vagal neurovascular compression,and explore the truc mechanism of neurogenic hypertension.Methods Fifteen dogs were randomly divided into experimental group (10 dogs) and control group (5 dogs).The saphenous vein of 20cm length was taken down and an end-to-end anastomosis performed with the facial arteries,which formed as an arterial loop,In experimental group,the loop was placed on the surface of left vagus nerve and rostral ventrolateral medulla,while in control group,the loop was placed on the surface of the left cerebellum.Results Nine dogs survived in experimental group,with significantly elevated blood pressures in a week after the surgery,which was tending to stability in two weeks.Five dogs survived in control group,without significant blood pressure changes.Conclusion Pulsatilc vascular compression on the left vagus nerve and rostral ventrolateral medulla could induce hypertension.
