摘要
随着医疗社工逐渐的介入医院护理领域,医疗社工开始引起了人们的关注并与护士因不同的价值观而发生冲突;透析了中西方利他主义价值观的渊源和内涵;分析了医疗社工与护士所共享基本价值观及各自独特的价值观。
With the gradual intervention of medical social workers in the hospitals, medical social workers have been concerned by people and have conflicted with nurses due to their different values. The article analyzes deeply the origin and meaning of altruistic values both in China and West and the common basic values shared by medical social workers and nurses as well as their own distinctive values.
