摘要
引入了交通环境容量和交通环境承载力概念,相应建立了城市交通环境承载力模型,包括交通尾气承载力(APC)模型,交通噪声承载力(TNC)模型,并分析了传统城市交通规划的不足,构建了基于交通环境承载力(TECC)的城市交通规划理论框架,从交通环境角度修正传统城市交通规划思路。
Traffic environment capacity and traffic environment carrying capacity are introduced. At the same time, the model of traffic environment carrying capacity is proposed, including APCand TNC. Based on the study of the flaw of the primary method of urban traffic planning, a new urban traffic planning method is put forward, in which traffic environment carrying capacity (TECC) was considered. The traditional method of urban traffic planning is amended.
