摘要
如何办好综合性大学的医学院,怎样办出综合性大学医学教育的特色,是近几年我国医学教育管理工作一直关注的热点问题。本文作者从并入和组建综合性大学医学院的经历和六年来的探索,从管理体制内涵的确定、学生知识结构的优化、管理队伍的交流培养等方面,就如何为医学教育的发展营造最佳环境进行了分析。
It has heatedly been discussed by the administrators of medical education in China in recent years how to manage the medical school in comprehensive university and how to create its features. This paper analyzes how to create the best environment for developing medical education, in terms of the experiences obtained from the integration and construction of medical school in comprehensive university, the confirmation of the cormotadon of administration system, the optimization of students＇ knowledge structure, and the exchange and training of administrative staff. It is believed that the features can be fully worked out as long as we make use of the advantages of the comprehensive university.
