摘要 睡眠剥夺(SD)对机体的影响可能和多种神经递质的代谢有关,一氧化氮(NO)作为信使因子,与睡眠-觉醒周期的调控有关,并参与脑内的多种功能,因而和SD密切相关。 The influence of sleep deprivation on body may be related to the metabolism of many neurotransmitters. NO, as messenger, is related to the regulation and control of sleepawakening-cycle,and participates in many functions inside brain, therefore connects closely with sleep deprivation.
