摘要
泉州市近几年来民间资本投资水利较为活跃,针对民间资本参与水利建设项目的主要做法和经验、面临的困难,指出了进一步激活民间资本投资水利的途径。
Private investment tends to be active in recent years in the Quanzhou City. Measures for further motivate private or non-government investment is recommended, taking consideration of the practices and lessens learned from private investment involving in water project construction and problems encountered.
