摘要
以北京某垃圾填埋场不同功能区的空气微生物为研究对象,研究空气微生物在垃圾场的分布及污染状况。结果表明,受人员活动、车辆运输和植被覆盖的影响,垃圾填埋场不同区域的空气微生物浓度差异显著,尤以垃圾运输和填埋区域最高,并造成空气微生物污染,粒度分析表明,填埋区域能够进入肺部的空气微生物粒子所占比例偏高由于受到渗滤液的影响,氧化沟测点耐高渗透压霉菌比例偏高,其他各点均是空气细菌占优,细菌中以革兰氏阳性菌(G+)最多,占90.7%~94.4%,而霉菌中的优势菌应为青霉菌。
Airborne microorganisms of different functional regions in certain garbage hygienic landfill of Beijing were chosen as research object and the distribution and pollution state of the airborne microorganisms in the landfill were studied. The airborne microorganisms concentration were completely different in different regions of landfill under the influence of person activity, vehicle transporting and vegetation covering, particularly highest in garbage transporting and filling regions, and caused airborne microorganisms pollution. Through the grain size analyses, the proportion of airborne microorganism particle which could enter lung in filling area was high, slantingly. Due to the influence of leachate, the proportion of high osmotic pressure-resistant fungi was high slantingly in oxidation ditch; and the airborne bacteria were dominant in other monitoring points. Gram- positive bacterium (G+) was the most in bacteria, occupying 90.7%-94.4%, while penicillium was dominant in fungi.
