摘要
介绍了纳米抗菌剂的配制过程和纳米抗菌喷胶棉的生产工艺流程,测试了研制的纳米无机材料的抗菌性能.结果表明,经纳米材料整理的喷胶棉对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有很高的抑制作用.经过整理的喷胶棉强力有所增加,弹性变小,服用舒适性没有变化.
The nano-meter anti-bacterial reagent and technological process are introduced,and its property is tested. The experimental result shows that the finished nano-meter spraying-bonded wadding has a better prevent effect to the enterobacter hafnia, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans. The finished production's intensity has increaed, elasticity has decreased, wear-performance has no change.
