臭氧对果蔬中有机磷和硝酸盐去除作用的研究 被引量:8

摘要 用臭氧处理小白菜、番茄、葡萄和枇杷4种含有残留物的果蔬,研究臭氧对果蔬中常见农药、硝酸盐去除的效果。结果表明,臭氧处理对蔬菜和水果中敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乐果3种有机磷农药,特别是甲胺磷的解除有明显效果,经臭氧处理60 min的番茄,甲胺磷降解率达到53.89%。臭氧处理对硝酸盐的去除也有一定效果。臭氧处理的效果,与果蔬种类、处理时间以及残留物种类有关。 The efficieney of ozone degradation on the residue inChinese cabbage, tomato, grape and loquat was studied. The result indicated that paraaplate, methamidophosb and dimethoate were significantly degraded by ozone, especially the methamidophos. Tire degradation rate of methamidophos was 53.89% under the treatment of ozone for 60 minutes. And the degradation for nitrate was effective, The degradation efficiency was relevant to the specie of fruit or vegetable, the treating time of ozone and the kind of residue.
