摘要
组织之间的知识流动形成了知识链。为使知识链健康发展,科学、全面地评价知识链的绩效至关重要。本文针对知识链的特点,提出知识链绩效评价的原则,分析知识链绩效评价的实施过程以及应注意的问题。
Knowledge chain is formed as knowledge flows among the various innovation bodies. However, it is crucially important for knowledge chain performance to be scientifically and systemically evaluated, because it can ensure knowledge chain to healthily develop. Therefore, this paper puts forward the principles for performance evaluation of knowledge chain based on its characteristics. Moreover, it analyses not only the process through which performance evaluation of knowledge chain is implemented, but also the problems need to be noted.
