摘要
人类正在迈向一个崭新的知识经济时代,经济的发展将比以往任何时候都更加依赖于知识的生产、传播和应用。我国进行的基础教育课程改革,是新时代的要求。以学生的发展为本,把学生身心全面发展和个性、潜能开发作为核心,培养符合21世纪需要的有用人才是教育改革的方向和目标。
With the arrival of intellectual economic times and the initiative of innovational education , and the all - round advance of quality education , Mankind is forging ahead toward a new intellectual economic age. The development of human economy depends on the intellectual product, the spread and the use even more than any time in the past. Economy has been the strongest drive in the development of economic society. The reform of basic educational courses that our country has its eyes on the future education is the demand of new age. The target of training educational available talents which tallies with the need of 21^st century is to take the followings for the nucleus ： students＇ all - round development in body and mind, their personalities and potentialities.
